a knock alerted her to the presence of another. she would turn on the spot, opening the basement door to reveal a man. she gives a short nod. "aye, that's me" Tallulah says, letting go of the door knob to descend the steps to make room. as soon as she hit the landing, the woman noticed the Wurmple and Caterpie. there was about twenty to thirty of them in total.

she stares, unable to mask her amazement. she'd never seen so many bug-types in one go before. it'd be a lot harder than releasing Beau her Arcanine. he'd set the whole place on fire. Tallulah raises a hand, scratching the back of her green head idly. "any ideas?" she asked the man, turning to face him.

at the suggestion, Tallulah unhooks one of her Pokeballs. she tosses it idly into the air, causing a Cutiefly to emerge. though much, much smaller than the other Pokémon it - "can use it too" the human says as the fairy bug buzzes around her head "might be best t' hit 'em with both at once?" double the effect, double the result.

nodding to the Cutiefly, Sugar would zip forward in front of the humans. it gave an Aromatherapy move use, drifting the sweet smelling aroma into the air. if the bugs did resist, the other human had his Pokémon to add to the scent. already a few of them turned their heads in curiosity, eyeing the humans and the lone fairy with interest.

she couldn't help but laugh at the name of the psychic type. "aye? m' Alolan Raichu is named Brie." Tallulah chuckles, shaking her head. Sugar the Cutiefly zips around, dosing the basement with the sweet smelling aroma. more bug-types would pique up and start to 'worm' their way toward the humans and their partners.

"s'working" Tallulah remarks as she steps out of the way "herd 'em outside, okay?" she says to Sugar. he gives a nod before floating up the stairs. Wurmple and Caterpie follow after, infatuated with the scent. seemed like this job would be a breeze. a good one too. she did need a short break after working so hard to get to her new promotion.

the man wasn't very talkative, but this was a job and not a social call anyway. in the end, the job was done and done well. enough so that they both got paid. the little old lady that owned the house promised not to get it in this state again. she seemed flustered by the army of bug-types that left. Tallulah would wave it off -

but accepted a cookie in the form of a Pikachu as payment.

the lady was adamant about 'repaying' them for their kindness and swiftness. "good job guys" Tallulah would say, now outside the home "I'll walk wit' em a bit to make sure they don't come to harm. HQ says they wired payment" she adds to Rory with a nod "we'll see ya around. thanks for the help today, aye?"

with that in mind, she set off with the army of bugs. escorting them back to the Route.
